Dr Ciléin Kearns is a medical illustrator & doctor, passionate about sharing medicine visually, drawing from a background in radiology, medical illustration, clinical research, and video games development.

His research interests are in creating accessible visual resources for patients, helping children and their parents make informed decisions about care, and sharing research with the public.
He publishes, presents, and does peer-review research on visual communication in healthcare. Currently he is contributing to RadioGraphics as the inaugural Associate Editor of Medical Illustration leading the Medical Illustration Team, and an Editor for Radiopaedia.
